Most answers about benefits are online and can be found at OPM.gov. There are also education programs you can take, for example here or here or here. The more complicated cases (for instance, involving military service) will need more personalized help.  Over time you will be able to learn most all you will need to know with very little to no additional resources.

There are a number of ways to market the workshop.

1. One of the best ways is to contact the agencies in your area and inform them of this free workshop.
2. Use your existing list of federal employees to reach out and encourage them to share your workshop.
3. Once someone attends a workshop, they are kept in the Fed Navigator database and are communicated to each month.  When a new workshop is scheduled, all past attendees are notified and encouraged to share with their peers.
4. After a few workshops, most attendees come from referrals and the need for marketing on your end decreases.
