What does Fed Pilot provide for you?

LIVE WORKSHOPS

FED PILOT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pre-Workshop
    • Registration mechanism for federal employees
    • Speaker travel and lodging
  • Day of Workshop
    • Sign-in sheets (on location), name tags, workbooks, evaluation & signup sheets
    • Deliver a full day of training (scheduled from 9am – 4pm)
  • Post Workshop
    • Follow up with federal employees after workshop via email, thanking them and pointing them to the financial professional
    • When a new workshop is scheduled, they will be notified and encouraged to send the invite to colleagues.
    • Monthly newsletters.
FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pre-Workshop
    • Marketing of the workshop & the venue
  • Day of Workshop
    • Provide a light lunch, water, coffee, snacks as appropriate
  • Post Workshop
    • Provide two (2) meetings: no cost, no obligation, no sales pitch at the end.
      • 1st meeting: Data gathering
      • 2nd meeting: Review report, give advice/suggestions, answer questions.
    • Provide a report on their federal benefits. Optionally, you can use Fed Navigator support services to generate the report for you.

WEBINARS

FED PILOT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pre-Webinar
    • Registration mechanism for federal employees
    • Invitation sent to them for the webinar
    • Provide a pre-webinar orientation for the advisor
  • Day of Webinar
    • Provide webinar environment, provide attendees with a cliff notes workbook, evaluation & signup form
    • Deliver 3 hours of training (you choose the schedule)
  • Post Webinar
    • Send advisor webinar stats
    • Follow up with federal employees after webinar via email, thanking them and pointing them to the financial professional
    • When a new workshopwebinar is scheduled, they will be notified and encouraged to send the invite to colleagues.

FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day of Workshop
    • Act as host and Q&A / chat moderator
  • Post Workshop
    • Provide two (2) meetings: no cost, no obligation, no sales pitch at the end.
      • 1st meeting: Data gathering
      • 2nd meeting: Review report, give advice/suggestions, answer questions.
    • Provide a report on their federal benefits. Optionally, you can use Fed Navigator support services to generate the report for you.
